Sophie came to us from one of the top kennels in Europe, Antarctic’Explorer Kennel in Belgium, at the tender age of 2 months. She is out of European CH Multi CH Alcantara El Lado Oscuro De La Luna, the well-known and appreciated Taku from Mojo Al Quantarah’s Kennel in Italy, and Antarctic’Explorer Déjà vu, the lovely Diva. Thank you Nicole for giving us the opportunity to have such a lovely girl, and also for all your help! Thank you Lisa for all your support, friendship, and the trust you have in us and this Taku daughter!

Sophie is a standard sized bitch, with a lovely head and expression, dark eyes, small thick ears, nice balanced angulations and proportions, good bone, full coat, plume tail with correct carriage. She has excellent movement and loves to show!

At home, Sophie is one of the dogs you cannot ignore: she always “speaks” her point of view. She has an extremely sweet and loving temperament and LOTS of attitude. We usually have to be careful about her diet…she eats ANYTHING she can get her mouth on. She has a very high prey drive. Recent dinner included a frog…and roses’ petals from our friend’s garden, during a visit. Not to mention a person’s steak from her hand, during a dog show… well, this is part of Sophie’s charm, as well. She puts so much passion in everything she does! She’s a real pleasure to be with.
